The manner in which the personal data will be processed involves the use of a PMS specifically designed for hotel management, called Kross Booking, owned by the company Solution Plus s.r.l., based in Bari. The data could also be used and displayed on external platforms, in case of implementation of additional services.
3. Provision of data
The conferment of data for the purposes mentioned in point 1 is mandatory for Public Security and tax reasons.
4. Communication and dissemination of data
The data provided will be communicated exclusively to the owners/managers of the accommodation units and to the competent authorities, who may request access at any time for the purposes granted to them. No dissemination to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes is envisaged.
The data requested in the "Payment" section, relating to the personal credit card, are held solely as a guarantee for amounts not covered by pre-payment via online or offline platforms. Under no circumstances shall the card be debited without first obtaining explicit authorisation from the card holder, requested by telephone, email or chat. The CC data entered in the management system is automatically deleted on departure and cannot be recovered in any way by either Gestioni Turistiche Verona or Solution Plus.

The GestioniTuristicheVerona app may request the use of your location. If explicitly requested by the application, this permission has the sole purpose of guaranteeing its correct technical functioning.
